Akshay Dileep’s journey is a story of reinvention and resolve. A Production Engineering graduate (2016) from Vidya Engineering College, he began his career as an engineer and entrepreneur. In 2021, driven by a higher calling, Akshay began his UPSC preparation and joined Amrita IAS Academy’s Prelims-Cum-Mains (PCM) programme.

Under structured mentorship and expert guidance — including personalized support from our Sociology faculty — Akshay cleared the exam twice, climbing from AIR 439 in CSE 2023 to AIR 246 in CSE 2024.
